Gastronomy

International cité of gastronomy and wine

In 2010, french gastronomic meals   have been listed on the intangible heritage of humanity. It is to this honor that Dijon was designated to create a Cités of Gastronomy under different themes to value the culinary art and the French « terroir ».

This Cité presents to you all the richness of the gastronomy more particularly of the wine and the wine through exhibitions, trainings, conferences, congresses, workshops, film screenings, shops, restaurants, wine bars, hotels...

In an architecture combining modernity and tradition in the image of French gastronomy, you will find the Sainte-Croix chapel of Jerusalem, an eco-district, a wooded area and a large number of infrastructures presenting «The Art of Eating and Drinking Well».

This Cite of the future is in close connection with the “climates” of the Burgundian vineyard, recognized on the prestigious UNESCO list. It is intended to be an ideal place of sharing for a seminar highlighting local products and the transmission of know-how.

PLANNED OPENING ON MAY 6th OF 2022
